Upon successful payment, the vehicle is automatically marked as booked for the selected dates, and the traveler receives a confirmation email with a reference number for any necessary follow-ups.

Shuttle owners will have dedicated accounts on the EasyShuttle website to streamline the management of their services. Once a successful booking is made, owners will receive an SMS or automated WhatsApp message with details of the booking. Through their accounts, shuttle owners can manage their vehicles, track bookings, and update availability status directly on the platform. This system empowers owners to efficiently handle their affairs, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for travelers.
